Listing all the festivals is a great idea! I'm tempted to check a few of them out even though they aren't exactly close to home.

What a great idea, but being I'm a long way from Pennsylvania, it might be a little bit tough. So I started pondering about if I did the same thing in Texas: from Dalhart to Brownsville (north to south) is 890 miles; from El Paso to the Louisiana border (east to west) is 845 miles. I've been trying to limit my day trips to 100 miles from home so a total of 200 miles per day. Guess I'd better look for a different project!
